Goal 1: SEO. To be found on page one of GOOGLE for search phrase "Christchurch Hotels". Research told us 1000% more people search for the plural than the singlular 'hotel'.
Result: Within 6 weeks, organic search results in Google, from page 17 to page one. 10 months later- we're still there, listed twice on page one!
